At TCGVault, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be in the same condition as received

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened booster packs or booster boxes
  • Mystery packs
  • Trading card singles
  • Clearance or sale items

Due to the nature of trading cards, all sales are final once opened.


 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and order details

We will offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Full refund

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please contact our support team.
